Welcome! I’m Aza, the creator and owner of Melty Moose.

When I was in kindergarten, we were asked what we wanted to be when we grew up. I dressed up, wrote a poem, stood on stage, and proudly told everyone I wanted to be a baker.

Over the last 10 years, I’ve worked in the professional baking industry, learning the craft and creating treats for others to enjoy. Now, I’m stepping away from the corporate side of baking and focusing on what I love most: making homemade baked goods from scratch for others.

Melty Moose was created from a simple belief that good food brings people together. Whether it’s a loaf of bread shared around the table or a sweet treat at the end of a long day, I hope the things I bake bring a little extra joy to your life!
